Every player from the ten 2027 squads goes into one pool. Teams pick in turn until each has a full 23. You run one team and the computer runs the other nine.
Based on the 2026 final table, worst team first. Snake order: the order reverses every round, so the team picking last in one round picks first in the next.
Each team drafts 23 players. Every team needs at least 2 hookers, 4 props, 3 locks, 4 back rowers, 2 scrum-halves, 1 fly-half, 2 centres and 3 outside backs, plus 2 free picks. Position limits stop any team stacking one area, so every squad can field a real matchday 23.
